Scope Before Work Begins
We agree on every deliverable in writing before a single document is produced. You will never receive an unexpected invoice or a vague scope extension — every expansion requires a signed addendum.
About Us
Pixelzalpha was founded on one conviction: that consistent content output is an engineering problem, not a creativity problem.
Pixelzalpha is a content operations consultancy based in Mombasa, Kenya. Founded in 2019, we specialise exclusively in designing and commissioning content factory systems for businesses that need to publish consistently but do not have the internal infrastructure to do so reliably. We do not operate as a content agency producing articles or videos on a client's behalf. What we build are the systems, documentation, workflows, and trained teams that allow our clients to produce excellent content themselves — week after week, without depending on us to keep the machine running. Our clients include retail brands, professional services firms, hospitality businesses, and technology companies, primarily across Kenya's coast and Nairobi corridor, though we have delivered remote engagements for clients in Uganda and Tanzania as well. We are a small, focused team of six: two content strategists, two workflow architects, one analytics specialist, and one client engagement manager. Every project is led by a named strategist who attends every key session and signs off every deliverable — there is no junior-only execution tier at Pixelzalpha.
Our process is deliberately systematic. We begin every engagement with a documented discovery phase, agree on scope in writing before any work begins, and close every project with a formal handover session where we walk your team through every tool, document, and workflow we have configured. We use a structured eight-to-twelve-week engagement model because sustainable content systems require time to calibrate — organisations that want a one-week content strategy turnaround are not the right fit for our methodology. We are equally transparent about what Pixelzalpha does not do: we do not write your content for you on an ongoing basis, we do not manage your social media channels, and we do not offer search engine advertising services. Our expertise sits entirely within the architecture of content production — strategy, pipeline, onboarding, workflow, and analytics. If you come to us expecting an agency that publishes on your behalf, we will tell you plainly that we are not the right choice, and we will point you toward providers who are. We believe that clarity on scope protects both our clients and the quality of our work. Since 2019, we have completed more than 40 content factory setups, and every one has ended with a documented handover that gives the client full ownership of their system. That record is what we are proudest of.
We agree on every deliverable in writing before a single document is produced. You will never receive an unexpected invoice or a vague scope extension — every expansion requires a signed addendum.
Every tool we configure, every document we write, and every dashboard we build belongs to you at the end of the engagement. Nothing is locked in a proprietary Pixelzalpha system you cannot access independently.
We do not drop a generic framework on your team. Every pipeline, playbook, and calendar is built around your actual contributors, tools, and publishing cadence — not an idealised team of ten senior editors with unlimited budget.
If your content goals or timeline do not align with our methodology, we will say so in the first consultation. We would rather decline a project than deliver a system that does not serve you.
