Do you work with clients outside Mombasa?
Yes. While we are headquartered in Mombasa, we deliver the majority of our engagements remotely using video calls and shared documentation platforms. Clients in Nairobi, Kisumu, Uganda, and Tanzania have all completed successful setups with us.
How quickly can a content factory setup begin?
Subject to availability, most projects can begin within two to three weeks of a signed agreement. We typically have two to three active engagements running concurrently, so early enquiry is advisable if you have a specific start date in mind.
Is there a minimum team size for your services?
No. We have built content factory systems for solo founders who plan to hire a writer in the next quarter, as well as for organisations with twelve existing contributors. The system scales to the team, not the other way around.
